A Practical and Theoretical Course in Radiotherapy Physics, comprising two, 4 to 5 day courses are held annually in conjunction with the Royal Marsden NHS Trust & The Institute of Cancer Research. There are 4 days of lectures and a hands-on workshops sessions on each course, delivered by experts in the field.

The course is designed primarily for radiotherapy physicists, but very relevant for other oncology professionals.

  Next course dates:

4-8 March 2025: Radiobiology, Accelerator Design and Quality Assurance, Brachytherapy & Radiotherapy Verification Imaging with workshops on Saturday morning, finishing around 1pm.

4-8 November 2025: Radiation Dosimetry, Imaging for Radiotherapy, Treatment Planning and Patient Specific Dosimetry with workshops on Saturday morning, finishing around 1pm.

 We encourage all delegates to attend as a face-to-face delegate in order to get the full experience.
